Madison Plains FFA gets visit from Ohio State student

David Jenner, Northeastern FFA alumni is majoring in Agricultural Education at The Ohio State University.During his time in the FFA Jenner was a very active participant. He received his State Degree, and this fall he will receive his American Degree at the 89th annual National FFA Convention. Jenner said he can see that the ag industry growing, more people are needed to educate the upcoming generations entering the industry.He wants to give back to the organization that helped him become the person today. When asked what message he wants to leave for the chapter members, Jenner replied with a very simple, yet meaningful message, “Don’t take the FFA for granted.” He explained the significance the organization has made in his life and encourage everyone to get involved and allow the FFA to do the same for them.The chapter would like to thank Mr. Jenner for visiting us and wish him the best of luck with his future career.last_img
